Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, but please respect my time and craft by reviewing the policy below:
• Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
• No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if a cancellation is made.
• Respecting Time: My goal is to provide each client with a luxury experience. To do that, I ask for courtesy and respect when it comes to scheduling.
